1. Introduction

Welcome to LightHouse Astro. By using our website and booking our consultation services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

LightHouse Astro provides personalised astrological consultation services via video call (Google Meet). Our readings are for guidance and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed by completing the payment within 24 hours of submitting the booking form.
• Payment is made via UK bank transfer (Faster Payments / BACS) to the details provided in your confirmation email.
• Your booking reference must be included in the payment reference/memo.
• Your consultation will only be confirmed and a Google Meet link will only be sent after payment has been verified.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled automatically to free up the slot for other clients.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation with reasonable notice. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Privacy & Data

We collect your personal information (name, email, birth details) solely for the purpose of providing our consultation services. We do not share your personal data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Disclaimer

Astrological readings are subjective and interpretive in nature. LightHouse Astro and its consultants are not liable for any decisions made based on the guidance provided during consultations. Clients use our services at their own discretion.
